Job Title: Business Analyst - Finance & Accounting (Rigid Packaging and Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis specific to rigid packaging and manufacturing.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations tailored to the rigid packaging sector.
• Cost Management: Analyze and monitor manufacturing and packaging costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Data Management: Maintain and improve financial databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency within the rigid packaging industry.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and procurement, to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, participating in audits and internal control assessments.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• Experience: 0-5years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, preferably in the rigid packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Hyperion).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
