Job Title: Business AnalystDepartment: FinanceReports To: Finance Manager - UAELocation: Sharjah, UAEJob Purpose:Responsible for managing system and process-related requirements for Cozmo Travel and its subsidiaries, serving as a critical link between the Finance and IT teams to drive operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the Business and IT teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Assess current finance processes to identify and address areas for improvement.
Coordinate with the IT system provider to address bugs and manage change requests.
Gather and analyze insights on issues requiring resolution and processes that can be optimized.
Collaborate with managers and executives to ensure the effective implementation of changes.
Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
Lead and manage projects, proposing advanced technological solutions.
Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met.
Prepare and submit monthly reports and dashboards to the Head of Finance.
Provide valuable insights on system and process performance.
Operational Excellence:
Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational processes.

Recommend organizational changes, including the implementation of new systems or procedures.
Provide training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, statistics, and presentations to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Experience:
5-7 years of work experience with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in Accounting.
Previous experience in Oracle Financial ERP is a must.
