We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. Ensure that all requirements are clearly defined and understood.
Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Utilize data to support recommendations and decision-making.
Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
Project Support: Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring that business requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding between parties.
Change Management: Support change management initiatives by developing communication plans, training materials, and user guides.
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate would be a UAE National with Family book.
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of analysing business processes and delivering actionable insights.
