AVL Maroc SARL AU offers a job in Morocco (MA) as Business Analyst

AVL is the world's leading mobility technology companies for development, simulation and testing in the automotive industry, and in other sectors. As a global technology provider, AVL's offerings range from simulation, virtualization and test automation for product development to ADAS/AD and vehicle software. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (Spoke) with performance levels B1/B2 to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, deriving requirements, identifying improvement potentials, and supporting solution implementation from a business perspective.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate business processes and derive requirements, identifying improvement potentials. Support solution implementation from a business perspective. Translate user requirements and weak points in the business process into data & analytics use cases. Perform analyses as a "business analyst" with additional data analyst and data scientist roles if required. Communicate results and plan cross-functional team members and management through effective stakeholder management. Document requirements and results.

YOUR PROFILE:

Analytical skills and expertise in various business processes. Practical experience in creating process documentation and reports. Strong communication skills (target group-oriented) with the ability to convert data & analytics results into actionable recommendations. Knowledge of IT systems (cloud), data architecture, and data & analytics possibilities. Basic technical understanding. At least 1 year of professional experience in process analysis & at least 0.5 years of professional experience in project management.
