3. Delivery Platform Performance Optimization
Monitor and evaluate the performance of delivery platforms (e.g., Deliveroo, Talabat, Noon Food) to assess sales trends and operational effectiveness.
Identify key drivers of growth, areas for optimization, and implement data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and profitability on delivery platforms.
