Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting and driving business initiatives by gathering and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. This position involves working closely with various departments to identify business needs, improve processes, and implement effective solutions that align with Brinks' strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.

- Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and document business requirements.

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

- Project Support: Assist in the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are completed on time and within budget.

- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and requirements.

- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all business processes, requirements, and changes.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the security or financial services industry.

- Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

- Programming is an Added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with business intelligence tools.

- Knowledge of the security services industry.

- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).

- Any Programming language ( C # / Python / Power query / SQL)
