BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is looking to hire a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze and translate them into functional specifications, and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.

### Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, and test cases.
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure software solutions meet business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
