Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Analyst, role involves overseeing Sales & Development and ensuring regional sales performance meets company sales goals and profitability targets.

Responsible for maintaining sales policies and good governance across all channels.

Ensuring optimal trade rewards and competitive positioning with timely payments to ensure channel sustainability are crucial aspects of your responsibilities.

• Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Possess 7-10 years of professional experience in the Electrical and Home Appliances and/or FMCG/Telco industries, with at least 3 years in a sales or data management role.
• Proficient in data management, market insights, analytics, and advanced computer skills.
• Strong numeric sensitivity to interpret data for actionable insights to drive sales.
• Excellent people management skills with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities across all levels.
• Advanced research and analytical skills, including sales analysis, forecasting, and sales finance, demonstrating strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytics software.

Experience:

• Home Appliances: 7 years (Preferred)
• FMGC: 7 years (Preferred)
• Electronics: 7 years (Preferred)
• data Analyst: 3 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
