: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our Executive Office and directly support the CEO in Dubai. In this role, you will play a critical role in conducting Dubai real estate market research, managing data, and providing insights to inform strategic decision-making. You will be a key partner to the CEO, working closely to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the dynamic Dubai real estate landscape. Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research specific to the Dubai real estate market, including trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
Analyze Dubai real estate market data, considering demographics, pricing trends (freehold vs. leasehold), vacancy rates, and absorption rates in specific districts.
Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and concise manner for the CEO.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the feasibility of potential real estate investments within Dubai, considering factors like off-plan vs. completed properties and leveraging data from the company\'s ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the company\'s Dubai real estate portfolio and market position, including sales velocity in key areas.
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings and recommendations to the CEO and other stakeholders, highlighting Dubai-specific considerations.
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations impacting the Dubai real estate market, including government initiatives and investment zones.
Identify and recommend new data sources and tools to improve real estate research and analysis capabilities specific to the Dubai market.
Support the CEO in developing and implementing data-driven strategies for real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management within Dubai, ensuring alignment with the company\'s vision.
Collaborate with the IT department to ensure effective integration of real estate data with the company\'s ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with experience in the Dubai real estate market preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets specific to Dubai real estate.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Excellent financial modeling skills with experience using Excel or other financial modeling software.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor information for a non-technical audience.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Understanding of the Dubai real estate market landscape (freehold vs. leasehold, off-plan vs. completed) a plus.
Exposure to ERP environment like NetSuite or SAP beneficial.
Arabic language proficiency beneficial.
