We are looking for a talented Business Analyst, who will be the vital link between our product teams and the wider business, and who will play a crucial role in understanding and improving our business processes, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, and providing data-driven insights to drive decision-making.

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst, who will be the vital link between our product teams and the wider business, and who will play a crucial role in understanding and improving our business processes, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, and providing data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives and outcomes
- Independently perform functional analysis for new projects, as well as document functional and system requirements and solution designs.
- Design and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, IT, and operations, to align business requirements and priorities
- Work in an agile team with a hands-on approach, with the potential to lead agile meetings and deputise for Product Managers when needed
- Identify issues and opportunities, and acting as a bridge between different teams
Competencies and skills:
- Bachelors degree / Master's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role
- Experience in FinTech/Banking or Crypto Domains
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques, data visualization tools, and project management methodologies (Jira/Confluence/UML Diagrams/Visio)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate discussions, and build consensus
- Strong understanding of business processes, industry trends, and the ability to align solutions with organizational goals and strategies.
