Role: Lead Consultant Skill: Business Analyst, cards product with payments Description: \xc2\xb7 Define specifications and business analysis requirements, drafting BRD and scope documents, review and revision of processes, procedures and related documentation. \xc2\xb7 Own and develop relationship with stakeholders and vendors, working with them to optimize and enhance the project deliverables \xc2\xb7 Good communication, presentation skills and able to communicate with stakeholders effectively. \xc2\xb7 Building process improving and defining processes \xc2\xb7 Create process models, product models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction in line with Business. Help design, document and maintain system processes \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and Perform in depth test cases (UAT), including end to end reviews, for modified and proposed new processes. \xc2\xb7 Perform Quality assurance and ensure all defects are log in timely manners. \xc2\xb7 Comprehensive understanding and experience of analyzing clients needs, requirement and utilize the information mapping to illustrate and increase end users understanding of the material. \xc2\xb7 Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements. \xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Banking products specific to consumer banking line channels and banking operations. \xc2\xb7 Perform PMO related activities. Essential Skills and Experience \xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of Product experience in Way4/Vision Plus or other Credit Card/Debit card Core Banking products \xc2\xb7 In depth knowledge of Software Delivery methods (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative) \xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Debit/Credit/Prepaid Products Architecture & Customization layers \xc2\xb7 Well versed in all Card Product Core Banking systems like Finacle, Way4, Prepaid Card Management Systems, Payment Gateways. \xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge and understanding of Corporate Bill Payments, Transfers including FTS, IPS, Cross Border Transfers and SWIFT etc. \xc2\xb7 Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills \xc2\xb7 Manage time effectively \xc2\xb7 Understand the business objective and translate the same into Business requirements \xc2\xb7 Analytical and critical thinking \xc2\xb7 Good command on maintaining documentation and presentation \xc2\xb7 Business analyst should be multitasking \xc2\xb7 Scrum Master or PMP certification will be preferred
