Experience in Commercial Directorate ( Retail, Residential, and commercial), Conducting financial and business analysis. Experience in financial feasibility of the investments and preparing cost-benefit analysis. Knowledge of modeling tools, templates, SOPs, external feasibility consultants, operating cost, vendor experiences, market intelligence, and general trends.
