The business is committed to driving digital innovation to deliver excellence in customer service.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Upgrade and create the complete MIS infrastructure back end in conjunction with Bank\xe2\x80\x99s IT department in order to support in the development of a comprehensive customer marketing database in Retail Banking and the creation of contest/campaign trackers.
- Coordinate with segments and products to develop relevant reports and assist in rolling out trackers and dashboards to the business in order to provide relevant and timely information in line with the required standards.
- Assist in developing the portfolio MIS across business lines and maintain/modify codes and SQL programmers to enable creation of automated reports from the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Commerce or any relevant
- A minimum of 5 years of in a Bank including an experience in analytics and campaign management.
- A professional skill of SQL coding
- Professional knowledge of Python coding
- Training in statistical tools and techniques
- Planning, analytical and time management skills
