Responsibilities:
Produce a requirement development plan to guide and manage the process of capturing business needs.
Analyze, specify and validate the business requirements.
Preparation of BRDs, Review FSDs from vendor and IT.
Supporting the Business stakeholders in UAT in ensuring quality of the deliverables from IT before launching to clients.
Engage in regular basis with business for daily/ weekly tasks updates.
Identify and conduct stakeholder analysis.
Preparation of User manuals and marketing materials the product/channel.
Document the impacted procedures weekly status update, PIR, testing updates, etc
Follow up on issues and defects / escalate to PM, when necessary.
Work with Product/Channel manager to Streamlines the processes across GLCM and leads automation to improve process efficiency.
Derives better governance, control and quality assurance for project management activities within GLCM.
Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum Bachelors Degree.
Experience in Corporate channels, cash and liquidity management products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Business Analysis with proven skills in bridging the business and technical stakeholders.
Strong problem solving skills.
