About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology by analyzing data, identifying process improvements, and delivering actionable insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into technical solutions. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track business performance. Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements. Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic initiatives. Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to implement solutions. Support change management and user training efforts when implementing new systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
