We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking domain to manage our Administration ERP and HR systems. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of banking operations, strong analytical skills, and experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Business Analysis:
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Administration ERP and HR systems.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather information from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• System Implementation:
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
• Configure and customize the Administration ERP and HR systems to meet business needs.
• Test and validate system functionalities to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support the deployment and go-live phases of the project.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and document new processes and procedures.
• Train and educate users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze system data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
• Support data migration and integration activities.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Change Management:
• Assess the impact of system changes on business operations.
• Develop change management plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Support users through the change process.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, with a focus on Administration and HR systems.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, Administration vendor and contract management, Invoice and payment processing, Asset management, HR processes, payroll, and employee management.
• Experience with ERP and HR systems, such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques is a plus.
• Preference for candidate who can join immediately or within short notice period .
