The Role

Responsibilities: - Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop analysis and documentation. - Continuously evaluating and communicating systems requirements. - Authoring and updating internal and external documentation. - Conducting systems analytics to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues. - Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing support as needed.



Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science. - Minimum 5 years' experience in business requirements documentation for complex software systems. - Proven expertise in market research and analytical abilities. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and Agile Methodology. - Experience with project management and user-testing. - Proficiency in data visualization and technical writing. - Exposure to vendor management, planning and budgeting.
