SparksLab Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in mechanical or mechatronics engineering, 2-3 years of experience, and a proven track record in the events and tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the events and tech sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized, innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to management for process improvement and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience (2-3 years) in the events and tech industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Passion for technology and innovation within the events industry.
