Position: Burger Chef

Location: AbuDhabi

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Burger Chef who has a passion for creating delicious smash burgers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a deep understanding of grilling techniques, food safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare high-quality smash burgers according to our recipes and standards.

- Operate and maintain grilling equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage orders efficiently during peak hours.

- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards.

- Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and feedback.

- Assist in training new kitchen staff when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a grill chef or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of smash burger techniques and flavor pairings.

- Strong understanding of food safety practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
