Job Title: Building Painter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented building painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying paint, stain, and coatings to various building surfaces, both interior and exterior. The role requires an understanding of painting techniques, surface preparation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming.
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, trim, windows, and other surfaces.
• Mix and match paint to achieve desired colors and finishes.
• Inspect surfaces for damage and repair any imperfections before painting.
• Maintain and clean painting tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols, including using protective gear (e.g., masks, gloves) and working with proper ventilation.
• Ensure a smooth, professional finish that meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Manage materials efficiently and minimize waste.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time.
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members regarding project details, timelines, and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work with different types of paint, finishes, and coatings.
• Physical stamina to work for extended periods, including on ladders and scaffolding.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in painting or a related field is a plus.

Competitive pay: AED 1600 per month with accommodation.
