Building Management System Operator
Job Description
• Install, configure, and maintain building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security controls.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS equipment.
• Collaborate with facility management teams to optimize building operations and energy usage.
• Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, maintenance schedules, and operational procedures.
• Train staff on the use of BMS software and tools.
