We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician should be experience in electrical, plumbing and HVAC works. To perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at our clients' properties. As a General Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and functionality of residential and commercial spaces. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and general repairs works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
• Handle electrical tasks, such as troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, wiring, and outlets.
• Provide HVAC maintenance and repair services, including cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC & general repairs tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
