: As the Building Maintenance Supervisor in charge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and appearance of our managed properties. Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing clear guidance, support, and training to ensure efficient operations. Monitor and assess team performance, implementing improvements and corrective actions as needed. Routine Maintenance: Oversee and perform routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance programs, ensuring the longevity of equipment and systems. Repairs and Troubleshooting: Manage and coordinate the prompt resolution of maintenance requests, repairs, and emergency situations. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, ensuring effective and lasting solutions. Budget Management: Collaborate with the property management team to develop and manage the maintenance budget. Source cost-effective solutions and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular safety meetings and training for maintenance staff. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. Generate reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending improvements. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Supervisor or similar role. In-depth knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
