We Ms. Abdulla Mohammed Noor Saadat Properties, owner of many buildings in Dubai are looking for a skilled and experienced •Building Supervisor • to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, facilities management, or building maintenance, and possess excellent leadership skills.

This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that all building systems are running smoothly and that the property is well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of building maintenance and repair activities.

- Oversee all aspects of building infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and health standards.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.

- Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs.

- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and oversee the resolution of issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and service reports.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Building Supervisor, Facilities Manager, or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with tenants, contractors, and management.

- Relevant certifications or licenses in building maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering is a plus).

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in building maintenance or a supervisory role.
