We are looking for an Experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations of building maintenance work.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience on estimating the maintenance cost.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and project work.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
Maintain accurate documentation of facility operations, maintenance schedules.
Strong leadership skills and a solid background in MEP and building maintenance.
Oversee the daily operations of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on facility performance and improvements.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
UAE driving license is a plus point.
With at least 4 years' experience in UAE
