We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Brownfield Project Manager

with a strong background in ADNOC Offshore projects and construction modification projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution and management of brownfield projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting ADNOC's high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage brownfield projects in ADNOC offshore facilities. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and manage risks, schedules, and costs effectively. Ensure adherence to ADNOC's policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in construction and brownfield projects, specifically with ADNOC offshore or similar projects. In-depth knowledge of construction modification projects in offshore environments. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with different stakeholders. Ability to manage complex projects and work under pressure. Age should not exceed 47 years.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Project Management Professional) are desirable.
