Broker Assistant with brokerage division experience.

Responsibilities, which can include:

• Interviewing clients to determine their needs and goals, then referring them to the appropriate agent or broker
• Reviewing real estate listings to determine which properties are most likely to appeal to clients based on their stated preferences
• Working with clients to find properties that fit their needs and negotiating prices on behalf of clients
• Communicating with clients throughout the transaction process to keep them informed of any changes or delays in the process
• Managing paperwork associated with the transaction such as signing contracts, recording deeds, and filing forms with local governments
• Maintaining databases of client contact information and transactions
• Coordinating with title companies and other agents involved in the transaction to ensure that all parties have access to the correct information
• Providing support to agents by scheduling showings, arranging open houses, and answering questions from potential buyers and sellers
• Communicating with other agents and brokers about listings, showings, and other details related to each transaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven 2-3 years experience in a brokerage division mainly in real estate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
