We are currently looking for a Broker Account Manager for our Dubai operation.
You will be a crucial team member in managing Brokers? Relations. You will develop Brokers? relationships through your dedication to service.

Recurring responsibilities will include:
- Follow up actively on all opportunities and quotations logging them on the system (Pipedrive)
- Answer general enquiries aiming at first contact resolution.
- Follow up closely on the renewal process, and develop and, implement strategies to retain existing SMEs and individual clients.
- Stay up to date on industry and regulatory changes that may impact the clients
- Coordinate with our internal departments to resolve questions or issues on claims, hospitalizations, or any other questions linked to their policy.
- Use data provided by the Pricing team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for brokers on new products and services and employee briefings.
- Support other countries in the region on any account management activity.
Your profile:
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic being an asset
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Customer Service or Account Manager in health insurance or health benefits
- Customer-orientated and can work under pressure.
- Desire and drive to grow and expand your knowledge & skills.
