We design, distribute, and manage insurance plans and assistance services for individuals and businesses. With teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, we look after our members to ensure they can access the best care.
We are currently looking for a Broker Account Manager for our Dubai operation.
You will be a crucial team member in managing Brokers? Relations. You will develop Brokers? relationships through your dedication to service.
Recurring responsibilities will include:

  • Follow up actively on all opportunities and quotations logging them on the system (Pipedrive)
  • Answer general enquiries aiming at first contact resolution.
  • Follow up closely on the renewal process, and develop and, implement strategies to retain existing SMEs and individual clients.
  • Stay up to date on industry and regulatory changes that may impact the clients
  • Coordinate with our internal departments to resolve questions or issues on claims, hospitalizations, or any other questions linked to their policy.
  • Use data provided by the Pricing team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions for brokers on new products and services and employee briefings.
  • Support other countries in the region on any account management activity.

Your profile:
  • You are fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic being an asset
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Customer Service or Account Manager in health insurance or health benefits
  • Customer-orientated and can work under pressure.
  • Desire and drive to grow and expand your knowledge & skills.
