Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Outlet Manager

to oversee operations at our

Broasted Chicken

outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards, driving sales, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service. He/ She should know how make as well as ensure consistent quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards as per regulations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability. Implement and oversee food preparation processes to maintain consistency and taste.

Sales & Customer Service:

Drive sales by implementing promotional strategies and upselling techniques. Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively. Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality accordingly.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance. Create shift schedules and manage staff duties. Motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals.

Financial & Reporting:

Monitor daily sales and control expenses to maximize profitability. Manage cash handling and POS transactions. Prepare sales and inventory reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a

restaurant/retail food outlet manager

or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of

food safety regulations

and

hygiene standards

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control.

Preferred:

Experience in

QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)

or

fried chicken outlets

. Familiarity with POS systems and food industry software.
