We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Team Leader

with a strong background in

Dubai's Real Estate experience

Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate brokers to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Foster a collaborative and competitive team environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals. Stay informed about Dubai's real estate trends, property values, and market regulations. Collaborate with management to set sales goals and generate performance reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market. Proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 2 year in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including off-plan and secondary market properties. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to train and inspire a sales team to exceed targets. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Native or fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus. Must have valid UAE Driver's License and Car. Must have Rera License Ready to join
