Job Summary:

to join our construction team! The successful candidate will be responsible for laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials to build or repair structures such as walls, pathways, chimneys, and foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

Bricklaying

: Measure, cut, and lay bricks and blocks to create walls, arches, and other structures.

Mortar Preparation

: Mix and apply mortar or other adhesives to bond bricks and blocks.

Repair and Restoration

: Fix or replace damaged bricks and ensure structural soundness.

Blueprint Interpretation

: Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and construction plans to meet specifications.

Leveling and Aligning

: Ensure accurate leveling, alignment, and spacing of bricks for structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

Safety Standards

: Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Brick Mason or in a similar role. Familiarity with bricklaying techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work outdoors. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
