• Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
• Take control of the breakfast service to ensure timely delivery of breakfast items. Cleaning down your section at the end of your shift.
• Complete advance preparation, where practical for the next breakfast service. Communicate effectively within your own team and other departments in the cafe. Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
• Be aware of food allergens and dietary requirements.
• Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets.
• Carry out any reasonable request from any member of the management team at any time.
