As a Brasserie Waiter, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our guests in the brasserie restaurant. You will greet and seat guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of tables.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy - Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner - Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items - Ensure all guests have a pleasant dining experience - Maintain a clean and organized dining area - Assist with setting up and breaking down tables - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Requirements: - Previous experience as a waiter or server in a high-volume restaurant - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food and beverage menus - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift equipment - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must be fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
