Experience in building brands through communications - across multiple platforms
Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
Ability to create strong relationships across internal departments and external agency partners
Business degree qualified
8 years experience minimum in relevant brand building and strategic marketing and communications roles across markets and cross cultural perspective is preferred
What will be your key responsibilities?This role has responsibility and accountability for delivery of brand communications for Mars Wrigley markets in MEA cluster, based on aligned priorities coming out of Integrated Brand Experience Council.
Briefing and leading work based on brand briefs coming from region needs/ outages
Leading the creative process from brief to execution including research with relevant experts (HI)
Partnering with MEA regional marketing team and other One Demand functions (media/social/customer marketing/corporate affairs) to ensure ideas travel across relevant media channels and platforms
Defining relevant measurement and tracking of impact and ROI
Leading and supervising Design artwork for Brands and portfolio initiatives
