Our reputed company is in need of Brand Supervisor with the following qualifications and job description: QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in business, marketing or related field. Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies, preferably from FMCG field. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in managing and leading teams. Highly organized and perform well under pressure. Budget management skills. JOB DESCRIPTION: Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights. Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action" Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions Devise innovative growth strategies Qualified applicants you may send your CV Salary package will be discussed during the interview.
