Role purpose: A brand specialist will utilize sales knowledge in the architecture, construction sector and marine industries to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets for commercial finishing products, including but not limited to mounting systems, artificial wood, and upholstery products. Collaborate closely with clients and suppliers to align strategies and effectively meet company objectives. Key accountabilities:
Cultivate strong relationship with designers, architects, developers, construction firms and boat builders to secure projects involving mounting systems, artificial wood, and upholstery products.
Identify and engage new end-user customer to establish long term agreements, coordinating with key supply & installation process.
Analyze project documents to draft accurate hardware schedules ensuring compliance with installation standards.
Stay updated on industry trends to demonstrate products to the customers, identify potential projects and market opportunities
Conduct product training for architects and specifiers to enhance integration
Deliver effective sales presentations to meet customers needs and increase product awareness
Provide expert advice on product selection and application to boost sales
Communicate sales insights to drive territory growth
Maintain CRM records and generate sales forecasts for management
Collaborate internally to streamline project processes and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify case study opportunities and collaborate with marketing for promotion
Stay updated on industry regulation, customer preferences and competitor activities to adapt strategies
Coordinate projects, tenders and technical support with supplier and internal teams
Secondary duties:
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices through ongoing training, seminars, and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Master/Bachelor degree in business or a related field, with project management skills
ERP software knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
Strong proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings and building plans
Technical aptitude for mechanical products
Required Experience:
5+ years of Experience in the Interior Design, building & construction industry
Proven track record in sales growth, key account management, and business development
Excellent relationship-building skills with architects and developer
