We also run non-fuel services at our service stations.About the JobPlan and execute brand activities in line with overall marketing plan, guidelines and policies as per the adopted models, in order to increase brand awareness and loyalty and promote ADNOC Distributions brand image, whilst assessing organizational compliance with brand values and guidelines in all internal and external promotional efforts to support effective alignment to defined quality standards.Brand ManagementProvide advice and professional assistance in defining the most representative brand values for each unique product and service line within ADNOC Distribution in-order to deliver on the brand promise.Contribute to the development of branding strategy and plans in conjunction with Team Leader and regularly update management on branding initiatives.Lead the development and manage the positioning and messaging of the brand in coordination with the concerned functions to achieve consistency in application.Brand Perception Research & ComplianceLead the analyses of customer perception of the organizations portfolio of products and services in-order to ensure monitoring of how each unique image is perceived, identify drivers, and use findings to advise on means for enhancing brand image and promoting a strong public profile.Conduct brand and customer related research (brand index surveys, focus groups, etc.) and ensure that results are discussed and communicated to all business leaders to make informed decisions on adopting methods to increase brand awareness.Brand ComplianceManage the assessment of organizational compliance with brand values and investigate areas of non-compliance so that they are addressed promptly and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are taken.Internal CollaborationEnsure collaboration with all relevant internal and external teams in-order to contribute to the management of branding and marketing initiatives and advise on branding criteria.Marketing & Advertising Agencies LiaisonManage and guide the selection and liaison with marketing and advertising agencies in-order to ensure the development of high-quality marketing campaigns, activities and materials.Minimum RequirementsBachelors Degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing or equivalent8 years of experience in Marketing / Brand Management, of which at least 2years in a senior professional role, with growing managerial accountability, preferably in the retail sector or in a similar environment.Regional exposure and retail background are a plus.Strong knowledge of ADNOC Distributions business objectives, operations and of the regional laws and regulations
