It is responsible for developing and executing marketing and branding strategies to promote the City Centre brand.Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Develop and manage strategies, brand positioning, identity and architecture.
Build initiatives that align with the companys overall business goal and objectives.
Conduct research to gain insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Identify key insights from the research to develop campaign strategies that address the consumer needs and preferences. Determine the target audience, messaging, media channels, and tactics that will best resonate with the target audience.
Provide creative direction to agencies to ensure that all creative assets, such as campaigns, activations, and digital media align with the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity.
Oversee the execution of the campaigns, ensuring that they are implemented on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality.
Manage the campaign budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Develop promotional campaigns that align with the brand's overall strategy and objectives. Work closely with the digital teams to create compelling promotional materials, including sales promotions, social media promotions, and in-store promotions.
Develop concepts and ideas that communicate the City Centre's unique selling proposition and resonate with the target audience.
Develop a clear and concise brief that outlines the key objectives, target audience, messaging, creative direction, and channels for the campaign.
Identity and ensure that all marketing materials, both digital and print, are consistent with the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and adjusting strategies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads on time and on budget.
Manage media and advertising relations by being able to negotiate advertising spaces.
Align, develop and implement digital brand-building and innovation strategies.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that spending aligns with overall business objectives and provides a positive return on investment.
Constantly collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
Communicate effectively and concisely to different stakeholders as well as write and prepare reports to convey information as effectively and straightforwardly as possible.Personal Characteristics and Required Background:Minimum Qualifications/education
Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or any relevant field
Minimum experience
7 years experience in a similar role
