About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Brand Marketing Manager

with a strong background in the

automotive industry

to drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and execute innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive branding, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning:



Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, perception, and loyalty in the automotive market. Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital, social media, events, dealerships, and advertising campaigns. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights that shape brand positioning.

Marketing Campaigns & Execution:



Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional media, influencer partnerships, and experiential marketing. Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams to develop high-impact brand messaging and visual storytelling. Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as brand equity, customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Product Launches & Promotions:



Lead go-to-market strategies for new vehicle models, features, and service offerings. Develop compelling product narratives and promotional plans that resonate with target audiences. Coordinate with sales, PR, and dealership teams to ensure seamless execution of launch initiatives.

Digital & Social Media Marketing:



Oversee social media strategies, content marketing, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand engagement. Leverage digital tools such as SEO, SEM, CRM, and data analytics to optimize marketing efforts. Monitor online brand reputation and manage customer interactions across digital platforms.

Partnerships & Sponsorships:



Identify and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives that align with business goals. Oversee event marketing efforts, including auto shows, brand activations, and customer experience programs.

Budget & Performance Management:



Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of the automotive market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Experience in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy. Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media management tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
