The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that position our electronics products effectively in the market. This role involves overseeing brand development, implementing marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.Key Responsibilities: * Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for our electronics products.
Define and articulate brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Marketing Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive product sales.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, print ads, and promotional activities.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Product Launches:
Coordinate and manage product launches from concept to execution.
Develop launch plans, including promotional strategies, sales support materials, and public relations efforts.
Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between product features and brand messaging.
Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including advertising, packaging, and online presence.
Oversee brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing and communications.
Monitor brand health metrics and conduct regular brand audits.
Customer and Market Insights:
Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
Utilize market research and analytics to understand consumer behaviour and preferences.
Develop strategies to address customer pain points and capitalize on market trends.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and design to align brand objectives with business goals.
Lead and mentor junior marketing team members and interns.
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.
Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.
Strong understanding of market research, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing.
