Brand Strategy Development:
The Brand Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to elevate the company brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market, particularly mobile phones, and a proven track record in brand management and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy for mobile phone segment.
• Identify key market opportunities and consumer trends to inform brand positioning and messaging.
Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer behaviour, preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
Brand Communication:
• Develop compelling brand stories and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
Partnership and Collaboration:
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and media to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
Product Launches:
• Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches, including go-to-market strategies, launch events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure successful product positioning and differentiation in the market.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on consumer electronics, particularly mobile phones.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the consumer electronics market and mobile phone industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
