We go beyond being a transactional experience, we bring an immersive customer experience through discovery and curation.As a Brand Marketing Associate at Faces, you\'ll play a pivotal role in driving our brand's marketing efforts across various regions. Your primary responsibility will be supporting and coordinating a diverse array of marketing activities, ensuring that our brand message resonates with our target audience and enhances brand awareness. We're looking for a creative individual who can contribute fresh ideas and help shape our annual marketing strategy. A familiarity in 360-degree marketing and the Middle East market is preferred. You\'ll have the opportunity to oversee Faces\' key markets, including the UAE, KSA, and Egypt, where we operate 57 stores alongside our ecommerce platform.
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you\'ll assist in various marketing activities for Faces, including brand identity development, campaign support, tactical promotions and administrative tasks.
Collaborating with the PR agency on PR strategies and ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
Executing, implementing, and reporting on campaigns based on the marketing calendars.
They also act as the brand guardians for Faces - with full responsibility in ensuring consistency across all media channels and customer touch-points.
Supporting marketing collaborations with beauty partner brands.
Working with the design team to create assets for campaigns.
Assisting in production planning and shooting for campaigns.
Monitoring plan implementation and activities in various markets.
Assisting the internal social media team in building the brand's presence on social channels.
Coordinating with departments for campaign execution.
Assisting in organizing and attending events and exhibitions.
Supporting local market research and customer surveys.
Reviewing copy and content for consistency and brand alignment.
Assisting in measuring and reporting campaign performance.
Building relationships internally and externally to support marketing efforts.
Gaining exposure to CRM and e-commerce.
Assisting in managing the marketing budget and tracking expenses.
What you\'ll need to succeed
1-3 years of experience in marketing or related field, including internships.
Organizational skills with an ability to work well in a team environment.
Exposure to building brand awareness in the Middle East, particularly in KSA and the Gulf, is advantageous.
Exposure to managing agencies in media, PR, and creative fields.
Arabic language skills (speaking, reading, writing) are a plus.
