Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Brand Manager/Brand Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering, with extensive experience in selling and managing sales, as well as after-sales services for heavy/construction equipment. This position requires someone with a strong understanding of the Oman/Gulf market and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling and managing sales, as well as after-sales services for heavy/construction equipment. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share. Strong understanding of the Oman/Gulf market, with prior experience working in the region. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating a sales team. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase market share for the brand's heavy/construction equipment. Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and visibility. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics. Coordinate with the after-sales team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and support to customers. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
