We are looking for young and dynamic Brand Manager, who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our current brand portfolio and expand it by introducing new international brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the baby product market, strong marketing skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy and Management:
• Develop and implement brand strategies for existing brands to increase market share, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
• New Brand Acquisition:
• Identify and evaluate potential new international brands for inclusion in the company's portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategies to successfully introduce new brands to the market.
• Negotiate with international brand partners and manage the onboarding process.
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for both existing and new brands across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Create and manage content that resonates with our target audience and promotes our brand messages.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
• Product Launches:
• Oversee the development and execution of product launch plans for new brands.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure successful product introductions.
• Create compelling product positioning and messaging.
• Client Engagement:
• Foster strong relationships with customers, influencers, and industry partners.
• Engage with customers through social media, events, and other channels to build a loyal community.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform brand strategy and product development.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the brand marketing budget.
• Monitor spending and ROI, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the baby product or consumer goods industry.
• Experience in managing existing brands and introducing new international brands.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms).
