We embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.Job PurposeThis role is responsible for achieving revenue, market share, and profits for the NIVEA SUN and Face Care categories across the Middle East. He/she will support steering the brand portfolio, manage product launches and relaunches, and develop creative marketing plans that align with the business plan. Additionally, the role includes controlling marketing budgets and liaising with Sales and Supply Chain Management (S&CM) teams to implement strong customer marketing plans. The individual will also lead end-to-end category operations and ensure ongoing product supply for the full assortment.Your TasksInternal Marketing Plan:
  • Execute the annual Marketing Plan under the supervision of the Senior Brand Manager, aligned with the long-term Business Plan.
  • Liaise with GBU/Regional offices to strategize innovations and relaunches.
  • Work with the local supply chain to manage internal processes and ensure Commercial Units (CUs) are fully briefed and resourced for effective Customer Marketing Plan delivery.
Data Analytics & Strategy Conversion:
  • Lead and execute timely, best-in-class analysis for all retail audits and research data.
  • Convert data insights into actionable strategies with the Senior Brand Manager.
  • Stay updated on broader trends and top-level focus areas to implement effective solutions.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing team and across the organization.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning through detailed competitive analysis.
Marketing & Communications Strategy:
  • Develop a detailed understanding of consumers through U&A and focus group studies.
  • Analyze category, core NIVEA, and competitor consumers to create best-in-class communication and activation strategies.
  • Lead collaboration with international and local BDF communication agencies to develop tailored marketing campaigns for various markets.
  • Oversee influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and messaging.
  • Enhance digital capabilities to optimize consumer journeys and achieve brand KPIs.
International Exchange:
  • Develop a deep understanding of local consumer needs and competitive context for the category.
  • Support the exchange of insights and recommendations with GBU/MU offices to shape regional marketing and communication strategies, and ensure a local competitive advantage.
  • Assure product supply to meet business goals.
Budget Management:
  • Manage marketing investments in line with the approved Marketing Plan.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, making adjustments where necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence:
  • Coordinate with the shopper marketing team to develop impactful in-store campaigns that align with the brand strategy and key messages.
  • Ensure brand consistency in point-of-sale (POS) displays and optimize the shopper journey for increased conversions.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the sales team, ensuring brand plans are communicated and executed effectively.
  • Partner with the Media & E-commerce teams to maximize brand visibility and sales across online channels.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to meet key business KPIs and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end key business processes for the category, ensuring timely execution of key projects.
Your Profile
  • Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration from a recognized university, preferably with a focus on Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years\' experience in consumer marketing, specializing in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Minimum 1 year in the current role is mandatory.
  • Arabic speaker preferred.
  • Strong background in business analysis tools for retail audit and research.
  • Shopper and customer marketing experience is a plus.
