Brand Manager - Korean Beauty Products

Job Overview:

As the Brand Manager for Korean beauty products, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand strategies to enhance market presence, drive consumer engagement, and achieve business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage product launches, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies tailored to the UAE market.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
• Marketing Campaigns: Design and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, influencers, and retail activations.
• Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, influencers, and media partners.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, reporting on KPIs and ROI.
• Team Leadership: Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• at least 3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
• Prior exposure to Korean beauty products is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with a flair for innovation and trend-spotting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Korean or Arabic is a plus.
