Job Description

We are a Catering company in Dubai, Alquoz and we are looking for a efficient and hardworking Brand Manager with experience in operations in food and Beverage sector.

Roles and responsibilities

- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.

- Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate the brand from competitors.

- Work with design and creative teams to develop branding elements.

- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.

- Analyze data from surveys, social media, and customer feedback to refine branding efforts.

- Identify new market opportunities and growth potential for the brand.

- Plan and execute advertising, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.

- Work with product development teams to ensure new products align with the brand.

- Monitor key brand performance indicators (KPIs) like brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share.

- Analyze ROI from marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and business objectives.

Requirements And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or any Management Degree Proven experience as Brand Manager in a operations department in Catering or F&B sector in UAE. Home country experience can also be considered Male preferred below 40 Strategic Thinking - Ability to develop long-term brand vision. Creativity - Developing unique and compelling brand stories. Analytical Skills - Understanding market trends and consumer insights. Communication & Leadership - Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. Project Management - Managing multiple campaigns and deadlines. Strong leadership , team management , delivery co-ordination skills. Salary -4000-7000 (depends on experience and skills)
