Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our clients growing FMCG distribution company in Dubai. As the company expands its private label offerings, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive market growth and brand recognition.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute brand strategies to grow the private label portfolio and increase market share- Lead end-to-end brand management, from product development to marketing execution, ensuring alignment with business goals- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for brand growth- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches and distribution- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers to drive brand performance- Track brand performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize resultsRequirements:- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector, preferably with private label experience- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of the Dubai and GCC markets is a strong advantage
