Key Responsibilities :
Developing brand strategies for the Shop through various channels
Promoting brand growth and expansion
Implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability
Ensure to achieve sales and profit targets set by the company
Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
Establish and maintain brand budgets
Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
Manage the day-to-day activities of the store
Ensure all staff is following standard operating procedures
Generate daily sales report and report it to the manager.
Follow daily and weekly sales trends closely
Present analysis of monthly sales report at monthly management meeting
Communicate for the re-order of products and ensure all items are well stocked
Ensure the long-term health and profitability of the store
Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
Suggesting new menu items based on customers' preferences and feedback.
Able to oversee the maintenance and repair of store equipment.
Build brand recognition and awareness through marketing campaign and in-store promotions
Candidate Requirement:
Fluent in English (writing & verbal communication)
Experience working as a Brand Manager in UAE
Experience in F&B Shop
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Bachelor Degree in Marketing
