Achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives in line with the Annual Marketing Plan through monthly performance analysis, leading to recommendations for appropriate corrective actions.
Marketing Plan
Execute the Annual Marketing Plan under the supervision of the Business Unit Head, ensuring alignment with the long-term Business Plan.
Collaborate with Global/Regional offices to strategize and implement innovations and relaunches.
Marketing & Communications Strategy
Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior based on U&A studies and focus groups.
Analyze category trends, core Eucerin consumers, and competitors to create best-in-class communication and activation strategies.
Lead coordination efforts with Digital, E-commerce, and Shopper & Customer Marketing (S&CM) teams, as well as international and local Beiersdorf communications agencies, to develop and adapt effective marketing and communication campaigns tailored to each local market.
Data Analytics & Strategy Development
Lead and execute best-in-class, timely market analysis (Market Share, Sellout, Campaign Performance, etc.) and translate insights into action plans and strategies in collaboration with the Business Unit Head.
Monitor broader industry trends to drive effective business solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration from a recognized university, preferably with a focus on Marketing or Business Administration.
A minimum of four years of experience in consumer marketing, specializing in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong background in business analysis tools for retail audits and research.
Experience in shopper and customer marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
